Enjoy yoga lead by a certified yoga instructor from VKNG Fitness. Mats will be provided. $5 suggested donation.
Description from VKNG Fitness: A flow class suitable for all fitness levels. Whether it is your first time on the mat, or if you are a seasoned yogi, VKNG instructors will lead you through a yoga class designed to help improve balance, strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and help promote mindful thinking and mental clarity.

Use arts and craft to relax and make a gift for your mentor or mentee. Participants will channel their creative spirit to create an unique bookmark to give to their mentor/mentee or keep.

Meet new people and explore Tampa by participating in one of these dinners. Small group reservations (~8-10 people) have been made at our Local Committee’s favorite restaurants around the city. This is a fun and intimate way to get to know your fellow Forum-goers (and everyone pays for their own meal!)

Enjoy a fun, movement-based workout class for anyone, led by an instructor from VKNG Fitness. $5 suggested donation.
Description from VKNG Fitness: A circuit-based class using animal-inspired movements mixed in with other “traditional” workout moves (push-ups, squats, jumping jacks etc.) to create a total body workout unlike anything you’ve done before. Using animal inspired movements will help to increase core stability, correct posture, improve flexibility and build total body strength.

See a range of historic and contemporary Tampa Bay architecture on an informal walking tour following the closing plenary. We’ll be using the resources of the Tampa Bay Foundation for Architecture and Design as a baseline and hope to discover other photo-worthy sites along the way.

Explore Tampa Bay’s beautiful mangrove and upland forest ecosystems on this relaxed recreational hike. We’ll be following the Weedon Island Preserve Trail, which is a 4.5 mile dirt walking trail of easy difficulty. A hat, water, and walking shoes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty are highly recommended. Our group will meet in the lobby of the Tampa Marriott Water Street hotel at 2pm, then ride share or car pool to the preserve.

Join us for a fun night of trivia at the Sail Pavilion. Part of the trivia nation series, Sail’s trivia is general knowledge and open to all! Our team will meet in the lobby of the Tampa Marriott Water Street hotel at 7pm, then walk over to the Sail for a night of fun.
